Have sailings been cancelled for this ship for the entire month of October? We have one booked, but haven't heard anything. When would we know if it has been cancelled - Southampton to Rome October 14th is our itinerary. Ship supposed to go through Suez Canal after that, which is probably why it has been cancelled. I would like to get our deposit back so need the cruise line to cancel, not us, at it was a non-refundable deposit.

Do the lamps by the bed have USB charging?

We have a flight coming from Calgary to Toronto arriving at 2200 hours with our connection to FLL the next morning at around 0700. Will we have to pick up luggage and crash for a few hours in arrivals or will we be able to go through US security and customs the evening we land. Doesn't seem worth getting a hotel for just a few hours since we would have to be back to the airport for 0400. Same airline if that makes a difference.

Currently on a South Pacific cruise and every port has a warning about not taking anything but water including coffee. Each government has their own rules, so just listen to the announcements and no problem. There is a $400 fine in New Zealand for not following the rules.

Yes. You just can't take coffee ashore at many ports.

You pick a boarding time in the app and arrive during that time frame. Just received an email reminding us that if we show up before our assigned time, we will be asked to leave and return later. Hope this is enforced!

Hello - I was just checking my Medallion App and under "Packages" it states drink limit is $12. Now I think that once again, the Princess IT department has it wrong and it is indeed $15. I purchased my cruise with one of the perks being the Princess Plus quite a long time ago and before the changes that went into effect February 20th. Can someone confirm that I am correct that the limit is $15 please?

Drink packages cannot be shared. There are soda packages for kids.

We had to submit a new request. Were charged the fee again for the NZeTA but not the Visitor Levy. I suspect that the initial application goes through without an actual person looking at it and the second one since it was done less than 24 hours after the first gets red flagged and is then reviewed by someone. No communication from anyone just eventually was issued.

Finally got everything sorted. So stressful!!

Does anyone have either an email address or phone number (would be calling from Canada) to speak with someone about the NZeTA? I got mine okay, and we thought my husbands was okay too, but in the fine print it says that he has to show "A valid Australia Permanent Resident Visa and Resident Return Visa". He has neither (never lived in Australia nor visited). All we can think is that when he filled out the info on the App, there was a glitch and it brought us back to the photo page and other questions. Nothing about Australia at this point (that appears before the photo). Something must have been clicked when the system sent him back. Reading on the NZ Government website, it stated that if there were changes to anything other than a name or passport # he would have to reapply, which he has done. It shows "pending" and has now been 3 days with no word. We are a bit stressed about this!

I have one air booking number through Princess EZ Air and 2 different airline Confirmation numbers listed under that booking. My flight isn't until April.

I will be traveling to New Zealand on a combination of flights - Air Canada to Vancouver, then Air New Zealand to Auckland. The flights were purchased through EZ Air and final payment has been made. When I try to manage my Air New Zealand booking (wanting to see how much it would cost to choose seats now) it tells me I have to check in at the airport. Does anyone have experience with this? I am concerned that since I will arrive at the Domestic Terminal at YVR, usually we would just be able to go to the international terminal without having to go outside the secure area and check-in through the main part of the airport. Perhaps it is just to early for me to do this?

Just checking, the way I read your post it seems to say that your last name doesn't appear at all. Did I get that correct? If so, then you most definitely need to call.

Hello - I'm getting confused! I am from a Visa Waiver Country and will be applying for a NZeTA before my cruise. I was just reviewing the Arrival Card on the NZ website, and note that it asks me if I have a Visa or will I be applying for a Visitor Visa upon arrival. No mention of an NZeTA. We requested that it be set up in the cabin as the weather wasn't cooperating. So much food, and you can substitute if you ask what is on the menu and have a particular allergy or diislike and they are happy to accommodate. Done it twice now, but probably won't be doing it again only because of the amount of food! I wonder though that for those who have specialty dining included as a premium plus package or as a perk from another promotion if it is possible to request the UBB? It would probably work out cheaper in the cruise lines benefit.

I wonder how long an actual passenger uses a chair? That should be the limit - once you indicate you are using a chair, the time is noted (use for the App maybe?) then after the "average" time that chair must be given up for someone else to use assuming you aren't sitting in the chair. How would people feel if the chair at Crooners or any other bar was saved for an entire day? If you are actually in the chair then no harm no foul.

We are booked into the MSocial for only the Friday night - booked it as soon as I made the flight arrangements. Seems to be right across from the pier and got a good rate. Anyone stayed here?
