There's Boardwalk Balconies on Deck 8, but I've never seen a Central Park Balcony on Deck 8. Too many restaurants and bars......what was the cabin number?

I enjoy the morning Top Tier Event. I like listening to the Captain, enjoying a few cheap champagnes before heading to the casino for my Prime drinks. Great way to start the day! Save my D+ vouchers for lunch & dinner drinks. 😉

No ships have blocked Diamond Plus's from entering Crown Lounge during HH. As you correctly stated, sometimes Diamond level cruisers may be blocked during HH if the number of Pinnacles AND Diamond Plus exceed a certain number. Why people have to spread false information is beyond me.

Knew Desmond well. He would call our son Tyler, "Taylor", and make him the best Oreo Cookie shake. Those were the best days to say the least. Plus, during the evening event, the Rosario Strings would play and the Hor d'oeuvres were soooooo much better. I really miss the Sovereign, Monarch, Majesty ships.

Prime gets 10% discount at Hard Rock hotels. Not enough to sway me to stay. As for offers, we're like bajathree. We get a couple offers a week, but the best ones we get is for playing on board and partnering with the next cruise booking. Love the Freeplay!

Nordic Empress was our first. Got me hooked! Went from Sovereign to Majesty to Monarch etc etc. It's been a lot of fun, and I sure do love the perks!

Back in the early 90's, when we cruised the Sovereign quite a few times, they would allow you to buy a bottle in one of the shops, pay a 10% upcharge, then you could take to the room. I remember getting OJ delivered to the room then sat at the pool all day drinking Screwdrivers. I'm probably one of the reasons they stopped doing that. Lol!

Just redeemed 40k points for our cruise in November. Got the updated "invoice" the same day and funds added to cruise planner two days later. Already used some for embarkation lunch. I feel I was lucky this time, normally not available that fast. I've called RCCL before with my BOA receipt in hand and asked nicely for them to make it available sooner than later. Sometimes it works, sometimes I still have to wait.

Called yesterday to update my two amenities. Did the "book new cruise option" then was forwarded to C&A live person. Took all of two beers, and I'm a quick drinker. Ha! Now I'm waiting for RCCL to update my C&A level from D+ to "Crown" Lol!!!! (Joking, but who knows) 😉

We never received a block for 140 because we weren't on a ship when we hit that number. We got to 140 during the points transition time, from 1 point a sailing to 1 point per night, so we were denied. We finally got our 350 point block though.

That has never happened to us, and we've taken over twenty comped cruises.

There are three of us, so I usual request a four top by the window.
