We were on the Joy last September and American football was on the big screen at Spice H2O. Watched several games from the large hot tub there. The games was not listed in the freestyle daily.

The vending machine in the gym typically has sports drinks for purchase. What I do is bring on the single serve gatorade zero drink packets and make my own.

My experience in the past is that once on board the ship new excursions are available which were posted as sold out or not even listed before the cruise. Once you get on the ship go to the shore excursion desk and ask for a current list of available excursions. Considering the COVID situation new buses and or time slots may be added during the sailing. Last year we did the Greek Isles on the Getaway and this was our experience. I wait listed on one excursion and was added the night before.
