  1. We have a cruise booked on the Prima Feb 2023. Our PCC quit and now we are in limbo as no one is looking after us. I have called the customer service and explained the situation on two different occasions and sent many emails and have had no replies. We are leaving from Toronto (YYZ) using NCL feee 2 guest air fare and want to fly in the day before the cruise as we were told we could stay two days b4 the cruise and up to 2 days after the cruise, We are concerned that our reservation will slip through the cracks and we will not get in the day before the cruise. Does anyone have ant suggestions?

If you're on deck 9, you have the deepest balcony. Anything higher may have a better view but your balcony will be smaller. A good compromise is deck 12. It's the 2nd deepest, has a good height for view, and you don't have to worry about anything that is above you.

There are also differences in bed location and balcony width to consider.

  3. CAN ANYONE TELL ME (IF THEY HAVE STAYED IN AFT CABINS ON THE 15 DECK) IF THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH NOISE FROM THE SPEEDWAY A FEW DECKS ABOVE OR PROBLEMS WITH WIND, SOOT OR MOTION? CAN YOU ADVISE WICH DECK YOU STAYED ON PLEASE WE HAVE A CABIN BOOKED ON DECK 9 BUT THINK WE WANT TO MOVE TO A HIGHER DECK!

  4. We have the Bliss booked for Feb 2021 for my 75th but we have the odds are 30% go and 70% no go! We are awaiting improvements in Covid in Miami but they just don’t seem to get it! Have to say the anticipation and joy of having a cruise booked is wonderful! Puzzled by the pricing as it’s gone up quite a bit since we paid our deposit! Cruising is the ultimate vacation!

  5. Just wondering for those of you booked for early 2021, is the 120 day out final payment date for a cash refund seriously weighing on your decision to go on that particular cruise? I have a cruise on the Encore booked for early April out of Florida and final payment is due in December. With all that is going on, what will be going on then , and the issues with refunds I am very hesitant to make a final payment in mid December. Any others thinking about this as an upcoming personal issue? I could deal with a 30 or even 60 day final payment but 120 days seems ridiculous to make a commitment of thousands of dollars to an ever changing virus/cruise environment. If cruises start this winter then it may make me feel better but if they want $4K in December and not a single cruise has sailed or sailed safely by then I will probably cancel. Thoughts? Will they change the deadlines?

We are booked for Feb 14 and have to pay in October so very concerned about what’s going on! You would think they would change that final payment date with what’s going on!

  6. We stayed in that exact room twice last year. We loved it so much in March that we booked it again in September. The balcony is huge, had two loungers plus two chairs. The March trip was family and 8 of us fit for sail away. In September the only negative was that it could get hot out there, especially in port. It is a long walk but we didn't mind. I would book it again. Enjoy.
