  1. We are exploring an Alaska Land/Cruise Tour, doing the land portion first. Does anyone know if the Elite option of a free laundry bag is available once we board the ship (after travelling for 6 - 8 days)? Thanks.
  2. Does anyone know exactly how much of a refit is the Millennium in 2019?
  3. In addition to the sofa bed, some cabins have one upper berth. Does anyone have a photo of a cabin with this upper berth in use. I am interested to know how much space it occupies. Does it come down from the ceiling or out from the bulkhead ?
  4. I'm trying to get a sense for the differences between the ocean view cabins forward/center and the ones aft on deck 3, starboard side on the Millennium. There seems to be larger round windows for the 17 cabins aft by the conference rooms versus the ones forward/center. I think these cabins were added during the 2013 renovations. Can anyone tell me If they have stayed in either or both and what they can tell me about any differences, especially in the windows? Thank you.
  5. A few years ago we did the Asian cruise on the Millennium. Food was horrible. I noticed the Constellation will be taking it’s place. Do you think the food will be better or is it just that that’s the food available to the ships?
  6. Good Day, As of yet, I do not know the assigned berth for the Millennium in Juneau for May 28th. AS seems to be the berth she is usually assigned. I need help from all you experts out there. If she docks at 7:00 a.m. and the Adventure Bound Sawyer Glacier tour leaves at 8:15, can I make it in time? What time will Celebrity let people off the ship? Thank you very much for your help, doing the Sawyer Glacier tour has been a dream of mine.
  7. talking my parents on a med cruise next year. We always book concierge class...thinking about aqua since it's only $200 more.unless you do deck 11 which I wouldn't. Are the extras worth it. We've never sailed Millennium only solstice class.. (Also are some of the rooms.bigger than others it looks that way on the deck plan when I look at concierge. Thanks
  8. Can anybody update on which specialty restaurants are onboard the Millennium and their respective cover charges? Thank!
  9. Looking at both itineraries on Millennium Southeast Asia November 24 and December 8 this year. Is one direction preferable over the other? If we choose the Angkor Wat excursion the November 24 has you leave the ship upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City and rejoin after the ship arrives in Bankok for the overnight there. The December 8 departure has the Angkor Wat excursion leaving the morning of day two in Bankok then rejoining after the ship arrives in Ho Chi Minh City. Which excursion scenario would be better? We will not be able to do a pre or post cruise Angkor Wat visit. Thanks
  10. We are hoping to book the B2B Transpacific/Japan on the Millie in the fall of 2020 once the itineraries are released. We have never sailed Celebrity before and so we really don't know the ships. We would probably book an ocean view. After doing a search I only came up with older threads that stated that the cabins in category 6 on Deck 3 are great with larger windows, and also that the forward facing cabins on Deck 7 are really large with big windows. While I am confident that the ship layout hasn't changed much if any in the past few years I am wondering if there is any new information that may be helpful regarding this cabin choice? My concern with the Deck 3 cabins is if there is noise from the lounge areas above at night? Also, there is a blank area above the Deck 7 cabins on the Deck Plans. Is there noise from that area? (We were directly above the crew gym, which was a blank area on the Brilliance of the Seas and there was loud music and slamming doors at night). Thank you for your help!
