I just heard that the first officer who was aboard the Costa Concordia when it crashed was promoted to captain. I saw on his social media pages (not accessible) that he got promoted to captain which is really exciting! If any of you have gone on a Costa cruise recently, can you please tell me if Ciro Ambrosio was the captain???
