Grand Princess

Hi, all. We were looking at going on the Grand Princess in a few months, but I saw several posts (and elsewhere online) that the Horizon Court had a flood in December, 2017 that shut one side down for a 10 day trip, resulting in the other side being overcrowded and it "raining" in cabins and hallways beneath. It wasn't repaired during that trip, and I don't see anything online about Grand Princess being taken out of service briefly for repairs. Of course, Princess agents won't tell me anything, claiming they're unaware of this.

Anyone been on her since December or know anything about this? I'm wondering if it's an ongoing problem before booking. Thank you!

Just got off the Grand 3 days ago. Nothing that we were aware of in the Horizon Court. Sometimes only one side was open (after the "rush hours") and a couple of times they may have been working in the closed side...new carpets, maybe? Again no problems in Horizon Court on our 10 days......whatever the problem may have been fixed.

We were on the last 10 day in December. No obvious problems then. The only cruise after us was a 15 day.

Just got off the Grand about 5 days ago. All was working fine.
