Ice Land and Festival of Lights

Looking for feedback for this event at Moody Gardens. When I go to purchase tickets online, it asks me to pick a time for Ice Land. Is it limited how long you can visit? Is it worth checking out? What would be the least hectic time on a Saturday to go with 2 kids? Can we leave to get food, and then re-enter to see other exhibits and the evening lights? We get in Friday night, for a Sunday cruise, and have the day to enjoy.

Call Moody Gardens and ask. It has been several years since we were there.
