Regal Princess

Does anyone know when the Regal Princess will be returning to to the USA?

I am sure they do on the Princess board.

A quick look at the Princess website, looks like around the first of October.

We know exactly when she is returning since we will be on that cruise :). The Regal does her repositioning cruise from Copenhagen to NYC (likely Red Hook) on September 8. She will arrive in NYC on the morning of September 22. She then does Canada/New England cruises until Nov 1...when she does her repositioning cruise to Florida.

P.S. I apologize for calling a ship "she" but old sexist habits die hard. Perhaps we should now allow cruise ships to choose their own gender :(.

Surely the ship being a Princess has already determined what gender it may be.

In my opinion, no apology is necessary, as this is a very fine long standing maritime tradition. It is also consistent with only ladies normally christen ships. Yes, as a professional mariner for almost 40 years, I can only hope many of the maritime traditions survive the PC crowd.

With the way some ships are built now, they definitely look more male than female.
