Nieuw Amsterdam Oceanview, Regular vs. Obstructed

I'm trying to decide between an oceanview cabin on Deck 1 and a partially obstructed oceanview on Deck 4, both mid-ship. The Deck 1 cabin is $100 more, per person.

While I appreciate the large windows on Deck 4, the perk is negated by the obstructed view. is there anything else I should know about either cabin type? Are there any noise issues on Deck 1? If you have a preference, I'd love to hear why.

What cabin on Deck 1 are you considering? Did you look at the deck plan for Deck 2, to see what is above the cabin you are considering?
Good thinking. Looks like part of the Culinary Arts Center/Gallery Bar, which could be loud at night with the Blues Band, or could go farther aft under the Digital Workshop area. Is there any machinery noise or vibration to be expected on Deck 1, aft?
