Galveston Limo Baggage Allowances 30" ??

For those who have used Galveston Limo in the past. Their website says

"Baggage allowances: 2 suitcases - 30" (length+height+width) each & 1 carry on"

An airport carry on is larger than 30" in length + height + width.

Were you able to bring normal sized luggage (we have airport carry on size and 1 large less than 62" l/h/w (checked luggage.)

Any advise is welcome. Thank you in advance!
