Chops Reservations on Allure

My husband and I will be celebrating our anniversary on Allure and we wanted to celebrate at Chops. We received a dinner voucher, but we can only make reservations while onboard. Our agent recommended paying the specialty fee in advance if we want to ensure dinner on that date.

My question is how easy is it to get Chops reservations while on board? Is it best to book in advance?

If you are reasonably flexible, it should be no problem. Go to Chops as soon as you board.

I agree with Bob

It is important to do it right away after boarding. The problem will not be getting the date. But getting your desired time may be a problem.

Also what will influence availability is if your celebration day is a sea day or a port day. More passengers tend to reserve on sea days rather than port days.
