driver needed from Florence/Siena to Rome

Before the cruise from Rome, I want to spend a few days in Florence and Siena. My husband refused to deal with heavy suitcases on a train, so that's out. Do you have any recommendation for a driver from Florence or Siena to Rome? Several people mentioned Bob's Limousine. Do they do this kind of transfer?
