Limo/private car

We fly in at 6am the day of our cruise....Sunday Nov 25th, 2018. I'm trying to decide if I want to surprise my wife with a limo ride or just a private sedan to the port...and maybe even drive around and take in some sights for a couple hours before we board.

Who's got the best prices for that? Bonus points if you provide a website :)

Ask if they could collect you from the Airport, tour the city, then deliver you both to the ship.

As of mid-April 2015, horse carriages are no longer allowed to operate in Old San Juan.

So why not do the trip by carriage anyway. Still a great experience.

He can't. There are no horse carriage rides available to do anywhere in San Juan. They banned them after tons of public outcry after one of the horses literally dropped dead mid way during a ride on the middle of the street.
