Internet on Vision if the Seas

Just booked an Internet package. I was wondering how the Internet connection is on Vision of the Seas? How is the reception in the solarium? In the cabins on deck 8 aft?

Internet can be very slow at times. We had no problems connecting in our stateroom and the Solarium.

We found the internet always worked fine maybe a little slow on the odd occasion.

Currently on the Vision. I have not experienced any connection problems. Can be a little slower in some areas.

Going on the Vision in 20 days. I bought the Voom package and just got a message about it. It says that it won't be activated until midnight of departure day? Does this sound right? Hate paying for something that is getting cut off!

Assuming no issues with VOOM, yes.

Was on Vision over the summer and internet worked fine for me. Only a few spotty areas at times. Friends with us had issues streaming their Netflix shows though

We use WhatsApp as opposed to IMessaging but it's the exact same concept -- it worked perfectly fine while we were on Vision this summer. It was a good way to keep in touch while in different parts of the ship.
