Check out ---- http://www.beyondships.com they have all of the dining menus and pictures also info on the ship. A must for us along with cruise critic before we even book a sailing.

I can't speak to the Anthem, but I am in the process of posting MDR menus from the Liberty earlier this year. My understanding is that it is a common set of menus across the fleet.

There are at least two different sets of menus being used in the fleet now. Liberty is using the older ones. Oasis is using the newer ones, and Anthem appears to be using the same menus as Oasis.
