Impossible to sign in to my CC account

Welcome to CC. Nope. After reading your post I checked in and reviewed our up coming Celebrity cruises without any issues. Laptop, Windows 10, ME.

I have had problems when using Safari. Try using another browser.

For the past year there have been problems on and off. My best success on a consistent basis has been by deleting cookies, cache and browsing history, and only accessing the Celebrity site by opening an InPrivate (or Incognito) window. I have done that on Edge, IE, Chrome and Firefox. The browser I choose doesn't seem to make as much of a difference as does the InPrivate window. Good luck!

Thank you all and especially T^2. I needed to use my email instead and not my user name, as I did in the past.

Personally I thing the Celebrity website is the worst one I ever had to use. Princess is a breeze as is Carnival and RC. Hard to find anything and it locks you out for 20 minutes at times. They really need to improve their site.

Agree 100% about accessing the website using an incognito browser. When I do that ... NO PROBLEMS (and you don't have to empty your cache or clear cookies by doing that). However when I try going in the "regular way" I have been having issues regularly EVERY single time for the last few weeks. Good luck.
