Still struggling with evening eating but managed to get back to 190. 6 weeks til cruise time so we will keep up the good fight. Hope you all are doing well, look forward to your posts, good, bad or otherwise. As long as we stick together we'll win! Most just put losses or gains, some more details, and I'm a flake that just shows up sporadically! But these are the people I feel accountable to and they are family to me as I try to stay the course. A mile a day is a great goal, let us know how it goes and if you need any good words! Belle ~ nice to see you back.:D I got weighed this morning as we leave after lunch for our 3 hour? drive to the airport hotel. What a wintry day!! If we didn't have to fly out tomorrow we wouldn't even go outside! Anyhow I stayed the same weight wise. I don't usually stop when I am working with my trainer but today I stopped five minutes early. He makes me earn it.
