EWR Flight Time Change

We are disembarking from Adventure of the Seas at Port Liberty on Friday, July 6. We were planning to do walk off as early as possible and take taxis to EWR for a 12:40 flight. We are on Delta. Our flight has now been changed to 11:10. Should we stick with our plan. If we are in a long security line, will they let us go ahead if we have an earlier flight? There is a 2:45 flight, but not enough seats for the whole family. Advice is MOST welcome. Thank you.

I would have Delta change you to another flight. Hopefully you haven't accepted the flight change yet.

I too would look at later flight options.

Thank you for the advice. Delta has changed us to a 2:45 departure. I guess we will be able to have a "leisurely" breakfast aboard the ship and then go to the airport for a very long wait.

and you still have a few months before your flight....be ready for more time adjustments. Just keep and eye on it. I usually check my flights every week this far out, then every few days as the date gets closer.

Late Sunday night is a popular time for DL and AA to make flight changes...I fly both and check "often" !!
