Fantasy time Zone info

I know Mobile is in the Central Time Zone. When the Fantasy cruises of of Mobile does the ship stay of Central time?

Some of the islands are on Eastern time and Atlantic time. The difference will affect my non carnival excursions.

Please advise it you have information on this.

I just got off the Fantasy yesterday and the ship stayed on central time the whole 5 days and they kept reminding to stay on ship's or central time especially in Cozumel which is on easter time.

Each time I've been on Fantasy, it has stayed on the time of the home port.

Every ship I have been on has always stayed on ship's time, the time in the home port, including when we sailed from San Juan.
