Dolphin Excursion - Nassau or Freeport?

Does anyone have any recommendations on the better place to do a dolphin swim/encounter, either Nassau or Freeport? Thank you!

I've done it twice in Nassau, at Balmoral Island (Carnival). Am doing it again in a couple of weeks -- we are going to Freeport as well, but I have had such a good time at Balmoral, I don't want to risk it somewhere else. It's expensive, and the food on the island is also expensive, but it was so worth it.
