Any problems with a Yellow Fever Waiver traveling to South Africa (SIN-CPT)?

I have started researching a bit about our trip early next year regarding vaccination requirements. My husband and I both have traveled with doctor waivers for Yellow Fever due to age and health issues.

However, I am reading that there could be problems with a waiver entering South Africa after one has been to Kenya, Tanzania and/or Mozambique. And possibly entry could be denied even with a waiver. The Mozambique website even has the scary advice that innoculations could be forcibly given if you arrive without them!

Has anyone had experience with this?

Thank you, Queen. I feel better now. Was that trip any chance with Oceania? We had originally booked what sounds like a similar itinerary for Dec 2018 with Nautica (because the route looked interesting), but then decided to switch to Seabourn because they are the preferred line for us and they had many of the same ports plus a few others that we haven't been to yet in Malaysia and Sri Lanka.
