I've done quite a bit of research for accessible excursions, but it really depends on what you're looking for. I am not wheelchair bound, but I cannot walk or stand for more than a minute or two, I also tire very easily. So for me, I'm looking for relaxed beach days. I contacted Maya Chan, and they will accommodate me and my little scooter (with transportation from the port) in Costa Maya, it's a beach day. In Cozumel we love to spend the day at Mr. Sanchos, the pool area has a cement deck so it'll be easily accessible (the path onto the property is also paved). More details about your restrictions will definitely help people know what to reply with!
