No excursions listed for Busan on Princess Spring Flower Japan cruise

Excursions have finally been posted for Princess Japan cruises in April but nothing listed for Busan - I have always known all ports to be available at same time, even across different countries, is this something odd about South Korean ones?

We cruise May 6th and ShoreX are finally shown.
