Savona port disembarkation time?

So cruise itinerary states an arrival time of 9am. What time am I likely to be able to get off the ship? I want to collect a hire car in Savona city but latest collection time is 12pm as it is a Sunday. Am I going to be able to make it? Its on the Costa Neo-Riveria so im hoping as a smallish ship may be ok?

If this is a standard port stop (not the end of your cruise), you shul have no problem being off within 30 minutes.
