Cable Beach vs Cabbage Beach

we will be in Nassau for the day and trying to decide between Cable and Cabbage Beach. Any recommendations would be grateful for. Thanks

Cable Beach is a broad stretch of beach that is calmer than Cabbage.

If one gets a day pass (like at the Melia) there is the use of restrooms

and pools.

I prefer Cabbage, but only on a calm day, because I like to swim, and it gets deep fast. Unfortunately you don’t know how the surf is going to be. We bought a day pass for RIU, and we’ve also been to Cable with a Melia day pass, enjoyed both.

Cable beach is substantially better than Cabbage. I'd also suggest a day pass like Melia that way you get their facilities, chair, pools, towels, etc.
