Royalton White Sands/ Blue Waters (Shore Excursioneer)

Does anyone have recent experience going to Royalton White Sands/ Blue Waters from Falmouth? And/ or booking an excursion through Shore Excursioneer? The resort and the excursion company both have great reviews through Travel Advisor, but I just saw an article yesterday about how Travel Advisor deletes overly negative reviews/ reviews talking about dangerous experiences (tainted alcohol, violent crime) and so now I'm wondering how reliable the reviews are. I've searched CC and facebook sites, and seen some positive reviews of both Royalton and Shore Excursioneer, so I'm not super worried, but figured I'd ask directly.

I am looking at doing this same excursion through Cruise Excursioneer in December. I have contacted C.E. and they were very quick to respond. I also have seen very positive reviews about Royalton Resorts.

Just another person's opinion. I rely on TripAdvisor reviews to choose hotels, restaurants, tours and places of interest. I have never been disappointed in the direction TripAdvisor has guided me.

We did this excursion 2 weeks ago and thought it was a great day! The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the food and drink were top quality. Pickup was inside the Falmouth terminal area and it is only about a 10 minute ride from the port. You have use of both the Royalton White Sands and Blue Water resort but other than walking around to see everything we stayed at White Sands. Not cheap but this will be our go to option next time we port at Falmouth. An excellent day!
