Family of 5

We're looking for cruises with staterooms that will accommodate families of 5. We'd like to leave from somewhere along the east coast between Boston and Virginia

Carnival Dream and Vista class ships. They have Deluxe Oceanview cabins with king bed, two uppers and a couch that makes a bed. Split bath, two sinks and showers, one toilet. Magic or Breeze from Port Canaveral. Dream from New Orleans. Celebrity has family balcony cabins for 5, but they are much fewer per ship. There are several threads on this board about cabins for 5. NCL Escape has family cabins for 5 out of NYC, and there is always the option of 2 connecting cabins.

RCI also has some "family" cabins, but you must call on the phone to book them. Have the deck plans in front of you when booking on the phone, so you know what you're paying for!
