The 6pm e-mail

Is it just me, or does everyone else get an e-mail titled "Thank you for sailing with Cunard" at exactly 6pm EST when they return from a cruise...and keep getting it, day after day? Six of them so far, and no point that I can see other than to annoy a fairly good customer (I am platinum in CWC).

I have written twice to support@cruise.cunard.com to get them to stop this spam, but to no effect. I have ascertained that the e-mail comes from an outfit called CERFnet in San Bruno, CA, so it is probably being sent at 3pm Pacific time by some sort of robot.

If anyone knows of a way to get them to stop, please share it here.
