Anyone currently on the Grandeur??

Can anyone on the Grandeur advize if Frances is the current conciege in the Diamond Plus lounge?

Also it seems the G has had a noro problem going back to Dec. She was disinfected again prior to sailing on Saturday.

Any update on the problem?

There is no such thing as a Diamond Plus Lounge.

There is a Diamond Lounge/Club.

There is a Concierge Lounge/Club.

At present, D+, PC and suite guests are welcome in the Concierge Lounge.

D, D+ and PC are welcome in the Diamond Lounge.

If you are presently on the Grandeur, January 18. 2018 is Francis the Concierge Manager on board for the next sailing for the 20th??

Francis is on board now and will move to Concierge Lounge for January 20 sailing.

Does anyone know why the Grandeur is still in Nassau? My sister is on the ship and I thought she told me she was going to Coco Cay today.

I truly hope that noro is gone from Grandeur. The crew seemed to be working overtime last week.

They overnighted in Nassau because Coco Cay was cancelled due to what has become the norm, weather (wind and waves). So, they're spending today in Nassau instead.

It will be nice when they get the pier finished at CocoCay.
