Brilliance of the Seas - Questions on times

Hi there -

Can you tell me the following for the Brilliance,

Times for Early Seating Dining and Late Seating Dining

Times for the shows in the evening

We chose the My Time Dining and we are trying to make reservations. This is my first time choosing the My Time on Royal and I had NO idea we had to make reservations. On Carnival you show up and walk in or get a beeper. So I am worried we may miss some of the shows now and I am trying to book accordingly.
