Back in December formal night was night 3 on the 5-night Brilliance. But I think it depends on which 5-night cruise you're on. If you're on the Key West and Cozumel itinerary I suspect formal night is night 3 and if you're on the Grand Cayman and Cozumel itinerary it might be night 2.
