Can't decide

We're stuck. Western Med on the Riviera or Eastern Med on Sirena? This August or September. Anyone been on both? Either? Thanks in advance for your input.

If you are used to larger ships then I would go with the Riviera

If you choose Sirena you may want to book a PH or above the A -G cabins have very small W/C

Unless of course you like the R ships as we do

September over August any day of the week. What are the dates so we can check itineraries for pluses or minuses?

I would always choose an O over a R, but wouldn’t do the Med in August. It’s to hot and to crowded for my taste! Late September or October on an O is Premium. I did it on the Marina late last October, terrific cruise!

The Eastern Med in August will be hot and unpleasant no matter what ship you are on.

Because of the weather in the Mediterranean (too hot in August), I would choose September 24th on Rivera.

Without Question Riviera Sept 24, October 24 would be even better The eastern med is MUCH HOTTER and more risky in terms of safety in my book...

That is a perfect time to sail the Med.

It is less crowded in some ports and far less hot and humid.

My favorite months are late September and April and May.
