Puerto Vallarta Taxis

Thinking of doing a tour in October in Puerto Vallarta that requires me to get from the Maritime Terminal to the Vallarta Marina. I am sure taxis are readily available from the cruise terminal but how about returning later in the day from the Vallarta Marina? There will be a group of about 20 so I might need 4 or 5 taxis. Or is it better to set up a group transfer with a transportation company and not worry about it? Is walking out of the picture or is walking a possibility? I can see on the map they are close to one another but not sure how easy of a walk it would be.

You will find cabs at any place in Vallarta, so also at the Marina. From the port you can take the cabs there , they charge per person and sometimes there are vans too. However they cannot pick you up at the return.

Or those yellow ones outside near the road, they charge per car (4 persons max), but always make your price before entering. Expect to pay around Pesos 70. Most cabbies arenot that happy with a short drive however.

The same will be for transportation companies. It is just a 5/10 minutes drive.

Is walkable, but part along a very busy road. Also it depends where in the Marina you are going. Marina is a long stretch of road.

Check google maps.
