NCL Dawn ... recent cruisers know who the butler and concierge is onboard?

Hey eveyrone,

Just checking to see if any recent NCL Dawn people might know who the butler and concierge is onboard. We are sailing mid March and have read so much about the different people onboard. We sailed the NCL Star Christmas of 2015 and had amazing butler and concierge. Hoping for the same experience this time as well.

Thanks... maybe I should ask who the recent butler and concierge for the Garden villas are. We have a large group and several cabins but mainly concerned about the GV.

Can't answer specifically, but there is still one concierge and multiple butlers on the ship. Any of which could service the GV on any given cruise.

4 (SB) Owners suites

10 (SC) 2 Bedroom suites

12 (SE) Aft suites

10 (SD) Family Balcony suites

14 (SJ) Family suites

TOTAL = 54

AND the two Garden Villas (S1)

I believe that the butlers handle 8 to 10 suites at a time depending on location and class

The Garden Villas are handled by 1 butler exclusively.

There is a rotating night butler from the pool of butlers that handles late after hours services.

There is only -1- Concierge on board the DAWN.

WOW! You really know the ship! Fantastic! I was just hoping for the same butler we had two years ago. It was on the Star... but you never know. Thanks for the update. Sailing in 22 days and countdown is happening! Looking forward to warm sunshine and lots of mojitos!

We sailed in the Garden Villa in May 2017 and the Concierge was Leah. Absolutely wonderful. The Butler was William. We also had one of the Owner's Suites but the kids spent most of the time in the GV. He took care of all 8 us really well!
