Do you think there is free wifi. At Walmart’s or at the Liverpool’s . in puerto Vallarta

Not at Walmart asfar as I knowbut yes at the foodcourt in Galleria Mall whre Liverpool is situated. Buy a coffee at Starbucks or a drink/meal in one of the other places and you will get details.

You might also want to check with your cell phone provider/plan to see if you have free cell phone service in Mexico. For example, T-Mobile gives free coverage in Mexico as do some ATT plans. Our cell service here in PV is quite good (through Telcel or Movistar) and you would likely get LTE service.
