Sailing on 5 day Caribbean this Monday on the Valor out of Galveston. .

Where is a good place to eat the 1st day that won't be too crowded? Some place that most people don't discover until Day 2?

Yaay, have fun! Hubby & I will be sailing on the Valor (5 day) in July. It’s hard to locate her Fun Times, would you mind posting them after your trip? TIA!

We went on the valor in October and had lunch on the uncrowded lido deck inside the restaurant. We had to get guys burgers but brought them inside because it was drizzling rain outside. It rained most of that first day but very light rain so everyone was inside . We enjoyed the valor, it was never too crowded for us . This was October 2017. We have always found nice seating up by the bbq place too, this is where we would meet as a family . Also we found the back of the ship behind the pool on the 9th floor (by pizza)less crowded the first day and covered. Another place you could try is the red frog pub. It’s a bit of a walk but at least you could take your food there and sit at one of the tables.

We also went on the valor for Thanksgiving Day and it was fun too. I posted a lot of pictures on that review.
