There are just two ships in port today with the Veendam at Pier 21 and scheduled to depart at 16:00/4:00 PM EST. Times subject to change as always.

Also in port is the Serenade of the Seas at Pier 18.

When they changed the time to 5pm everyone had other commitments and left.

I didn't mind, though it isn't as much fun by yourself.
