Transportation from Puerto San Antonio

Traveling on the Emerald Princess, leaving Buenos Aires on Jan 3, arriving in Puerto San Antonio on Jan 17 rather than Valparaiso. Looking for transportation to Santiago where we will spend a few days before we fly home. Private transportation is not inexpensive. Wondering if there is a bus service from San Antonio to Santiago.

Check out http://www.pullmancosta.cl/web/costa . Trip takes around an hour and 40 minutes; buses run every 15 minutes; and the cost is around $8 US. FYI, Barrancas is just the name of a bus station in San Antonio, so don't be confused when that comes up as the main option. Also, Alameda is the main terminal in Santiago. You can easily catch another bus or taxi from there, or it's only a block from a subway station.
