Everything.. Norwegian BLISS! - launch April 2018 -

Recommended Posts

I booked our family of 5 on the Bliss but keep teetering on it. Is anyone else concerned about the pool space? We will be cruising the E. Caribbean and Im slightly concerned pool space will be lacking.

The size of the two pools appear to be the same as the Breakaway and BA+ ships. However, they’ve really cleaned up the deck space clutter to create what i expect to be a much more open feel.

Breakaway...

Bliss...

There’s also some significant new square footage of public venues inside the ship, which *may* help disperse the crowds.

Bottom line... I think the pool deck has some good things going for it over prior big ships.

Wait, are you saying I actually made a good choice on rooms? I was really bummed we couldn’t afford a balcony on the Mexican Riviera cruise, so I booked 10700. I figured if I can’t have a balcony then I want to see where we are going.

Yay, you just made my day! [emoji3]

Yup. If they are similiar to Escape but it 99,99% seems to be! You may want to go up a few decks as the lower ones have the bow/winch pad in direct view but you will be fine!

There are some threads on here about those cabins aboard Escape, see my post history, I think I replied to some in the past half year (give or take).

Here is the view from 14100 on the Escape, which is right next door to 14700.

Part one of the AIDAnova has left the building hall today. So space for part two... Then part two will leave the hall and after that the Norwegian Bliss.

It’s gotta be a chilly day up in Vibe, with that big ol’ door open and the snow flying outside.

We are sadly not until 2/19 and we are stopping in Tortola. I hope by then the island will be back and running. I am thinking maybe 6 to 9 months out we will be things to book.

I highly recommend the Rebel Yell power catamaran to Jost Van Dyke if available! We did that on our last 2 cruises on the Escape and it was absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here´s a

of yesterday - outside and inside.

They will build the second mega block of the AIDAnova in front of the Norwegian Bliss first. Then this mega block will be pulled out (one day prior to the "float out") and then the Norwegian Bliss will float out.

Can anyone familiar with this class of ship confirm which balcony is bigger ... 9322 or a mini suite with large balcony. From another post I was told the suite balcony would be bigger but pictures I have found show otherwise ....

According to NCL, my mini-suite on deck 13 has a balcony size of 42 sqft, and 9322 (B1 aft balcony) has a balcony size of 105 sqft.
