Does having a Carnival Players Club offer booked reduce new offers?

Hi there. I currently have two rooms booked for a Carnival cruise in Feb. One room is a "Free Interior" offer in my name, and the other is my husband's, who just has a regular "discount off fun rates" casino offer. I'm going to need to cancel the reservation because of a scheduling conflict, and I have until the end of the month to do so without penalty.

I'm looking for an alternate cruise, and found one at the end of Dec 2017 for a Premier casino cruise ("free" interior - $200 non-refundable deposit), but my husband has nothing on his account (I'm the heavier player) and hasn't received any offers since I booked in June. I actually haven't gotten anything since I booked either, except for the Premier dates.

When I cancel my Feb. cruise, would new offers come in? Is it typical for normal Player's Club offers to stop once you're booked with another one? I'm trying to find a deal that is comparable to what I booked in June, but keep hitting full rates on at least one room :(.

Thank you!!

Annie
