which port to skip to spend on ship

we are sailing on the western Caribbean itinerary with stop in princess cay, falmouth, grand cayman and cozumel. we only have two ship days. Assuming that the weather is beautiful we may want to spend an extra day on the ship without going to shore. We are beach and beer people. We know we are getting off at princess cay and cozumel. If we had to give up one port, basing it on beaches, convenience to getting to beaches ( and return) which port should we consider not visiting- falmouth or grand cayman and spend that time on the sancturary deck

thanks

With the majority saying Falmouth, I just have to tell you that I would have said the same thing until we discovered the all-inclusive beautiful beaches and resorts in Falmouth and Cozumel. We have made a "180" on our impression of Falmouth as we try diffierent A-I's!

Enjoy your cruise!

Stay on the ship the entire time.

Grand Cayman: T-Shirts and expensive drinks and food

Cozumel: Too many drunks

Falmouth(all Jamaican Ports): Too much "illegal" weed and too many professional Ladies

Princess Cay: too many ratface children. Someone will steal YOUR chair. Lunch sucks.

BTW- The ship: Guaranteed to get Noro, boring activities, a CD that is way too cheerful.

Take the Bus instead.

If the OP is a beach lover, then Caymen is not to be missed and its 7 mile beach. It is the best beach on your cruise although the Caymen is expensive compared to the rest. I agree with the other posters that Jamaica is definitely one to miss and have done it every time we have had the misfortune to be there. Jamaica is the poorest island in the Caribbean (expect maybe Haiti) and the people there are desperate to survive. There is a lot of drugs (jail bait), ladies of the night and theft on that island. It is one place to stay with your fellow cruisers while off the ship and beware of your surroundings. Warning though the beach at Princess Caye is not all that nice and you will pay ship prices while on shore but the good news is they will take your seacard for payment just like on the ship. There are a lot of water toys to rent so have fun. The food is hamburgers, hot dogs cooked on shore (free), some salad and dessert (cookies and fruit). However as they say the beer is cold and the waves are inviting on Princess Caye.

Have stayed on the ship in port and have never got moro, always found something to do and the CD is cheerful even at sea.

Grand Cayman - no one has to buy T-shirt's or drinks while there.

Princes Cays - Never had a problem with children there and there is no need to insult anybody, no one has to eat lunch there and have never had a chair stolen

Cozumel - Never went to the bars and saw no more drunks than on the ship.

Never been to Falmouth so can not comment on the port.

Some people should just not leave their houses as that seems to be the nay place they can put up with. Wonder what he has to say bad about bus rides?

"Ratface children?" I bet you're the life of the party - NOT. How rude and unnecessary .
