Possibly for DCL ?

Port Canaveral has begun demolition of the old Cruise Terminal 3 in preparation for a new $150 million terminal that is expected to be completed by 2020.

The Port Authority has said that they have a cruise line partner involved in the planning but has not identified who that is.

I can't help but wonder if this new terminal might be for Disney Cruise Line to replace their existing terminal which was originally designed for the smaller ships and is frequently very crowded when the larger ships are in port. With three new ships on order, all slightly larger than Dream and Fantasy, I can't help but think DCL would be interested in a new, larger facility for their ships and their guests.

Scott Sanders of the DCL blog found drawings that indicate it'll be RCL.

But RCCL uses CT # 1, the one right next to Grill's, that was specifically built for them for $110 million and opened in 2014. Oasis class vessels have been using it since it opened. CT1 is also 7000 sq ft larger than the new CT3. Does RCCL really need two terminals at PC ? Or will they be leaving CT1 and moving to CT3 upon completion ? And if that happens, who takes over CT1 ?

So many questions, and so few answers.
