Venice transfer from port to airport

Does anyone know the type of transfer offered by NCL for $20? I'm guessing it's a bus but would like to know your experience. Lucky us, we're disembarking the same time as the Venice marathon.

I have never heard of any other type of airport transfer offered by NCL than by bus.... We always just take a taxi when going to/from the airport in Venice, there are usually many of them at the pier. But don't know how the marathon you are referring to is affecting transportation...

It was a bus and they had a few with different time slots departing the pier. I think they also charge $1 per pc of luggage
