RCI drydock schedule

Hi,

since my November 2019 Oasis cruise just got cancelled because of drydock extension...

( yeah!;p)

I think it would be a good idea to keep a thread on announced or proposed future drydock dates!

Here is what I know of:

Navigator Jan/ Feb 2019 (already moved)

Oasis Nov 2019 (already moved)

Rhapsody Nov 2019 ( waiting for the TA to be moved or cancelled ;p )

Anthem Fall 2020 ?:confused:

What else is out there?:confused:

Upps...headline mistake...any way to correct that?

Can’t, they have to maintain the 5 year schedule. She was last in in 2015.

And, they have announced that she will go in in 2020 as part of the Roysl Amplified program.

Not to stir the hornets nest, but will Oasis and Allure lose the diamond club on deck 11? Harmony and Symphony moved it to deck 4.

The suite lounge on Oasis and Allure is manageable as the diamond lounge is so nice. It’s packed on Harmony though with Pinnacles as the diamond lounge is so small.

I saw a huge fight between a female pinnacle guest and a suite guest in the suite lounge on Harmony. Hysterical, Best entertainment on a cruise ship in a long time. :).

Realistically though, if the nice diamond lounges are removed, Royal is going to have to address the hostility towards suite guests from pinnacles. The animosity is palpable on most every sailing.

bah, was hoping Allure was upgraded before eastern cruise in 2020. Might change to one of the other Oasis class then.

Makes no sense to me. What Suite Guests are using the Diamond Lounge? The P’s and Suite Guests share the SL/CK. We are Diamond as well as Suite Guest and have seen the Deck 4 DL. Why would we want to go there?

Any idea on Anthem's replacement in Bayonne. There was some talk about RCL's new technological ship--can't recall the name of the new series.

Icon class doesn't debut till 2022. Quantum Plus 5 is supposed to come out in fall of 2020 - she would be a good replacement for Anthem.
