Summit Cellar Masters

Has anyone been to the Cellar Masters on Summit?

I heard they have a great selection of wine and beer. Can you get a hard alcohol drink there? I also heard talk of the indulgence party they have at Cellar Masters. I heard they have entertainment, good wine, and good.

What are there hours?

It's been a couple of years since we were on Summit but Cellar Masters has a good wine, and now beer, selection. I think that they have to go to another bar for mixed drinks. The hours vary by day but generally 3:00 to late in the evening.

I was on the Summit last September. The wine selection was outstanding - and so is Arie, the sommelier. They have scotch, whiskey, vodka & gin as well as basic mixed drinks. But for anything with more than a couple of ingredients you'll need to go to Crush or Rendezvous.

The Indulgence party held in Cellar Masters on Summit has been discontinued.

Didnt realise they also did spirits in Celar Masters, can you use your drinks package in there also?

Just got off Summit. Cellar Masters has beer, wine and hard liquor, including some very nice single malt scotch. You can get most simple cocktails there, I don't think they had a blender setup. Can't address beer selection, but the wine selection wasn't very good. Lost of bottles opened, but nothing remarkable.The sommelier/bartender, whatever, spoke english as a second language and basically knew only red or white.

That's too bad. It was a lot of fun. The only problem is it started at 10pm and we just finished dinner about that time, so couldn't enjoy the Qsine types of snacks. It would make more sense for 1st seating.

When I was on the Summit in October, the bartender told me his bar was limited, but he had some basics and would make any cocktail he had the ingredients for. I asked for a cosmo, and that was no problem.

And yes, you can use drink packages at Cellar Masters.
