Best place and excursion to swim with Mantas in French Polynesia?

Looking for referrals for small group ,best snorkel excursions and tour companies in French Polynesia. Wanting to snokel with Manta rays and Spotted Eagle Rays, not interested in grey Southern Rays tours that are overcrowed with petting and feeding them. Thanks, Will be going Oct 28 to Nov 11 on Maasadam cruise. Thanks.
