Dinner recommendations

We have time for dinner in St. Thomas after our Caribbean Princess tour day. Recommendations for an authentic island dinner? It doesn't have to be fancy.

I'm also interested in suggestions since I'll be on the Caribbean Princess in April which departs at 10pm.

We'll also be in St. Thomas for a week in Sep on a land vacation at the Marriott Frenchman's Cove which just re-opened in Feb . We'll have a car so looking for restaurant and "things to do" suggestions anywhere on the island.

Rancho Latino across from Pueblo Supermarket which is within walking distance of Havensight Dock is a local favorite. Consistently good food and service.

If you dock at Havensight try Fresh at Yacht Haven Grande. 4 minute stroll along the water to the marina. Great Food, water view.
