Things to bring cave tubing/zip lining

Hello! Does anyone know if towels are provided for the cave tubing/zip lining through Carnival cruises?

I'd like to bring as little as possible - thanks!

No towels, you need to bring your own. There are lockers to rent there at site, put everything in there. Take sunscreen, maybe bug spray. We put ours in backpack along with wallets.

You don't need towels when it's hot out

Bring bug spray - there is a walk from where you park to the cave. We brought towels and left them in the lockers.

If you are zip lining, I would bring bandana to wear under your helmet. We did different excursion, and company did provide, but who knows when they were last washed. Why do you need one? Maybe if you have a bald head or short-short hair, but if you have any hair watch out so it doesn't' get caught up.

We did this a couple of years ago. They gave us water shoes to wear and the walk to the river was Very Rocky !!! Felt every stone. Recommend bringing your own water shoes or something with a little padding. Our excursion would not let you wear any shoes that did not securely attach to your feet, no flip flop
