Internet on Magic

I am wondering about the internet service on Magic...I use it for email, reading news, hubby plays games, etc. I do not stream movies.

What package would you suggest for what we need? Any info on speed, etc and all suggestions are appreciated!

you can't stream on any of them, way too slow. We always get the premium package and it's still slow, but at least you can use it. You will get 1G on the mid package and up to 3G on the premium, sometimes

it was so bad during our cruise in july they refunded what we paid for the premium package. It didnt work 95% of the time.

2 weeks ago someone on my Facebook was on Magic and was using the social media package and during a sea day heading for Ochios Rios or Montego bay she started a Facebook live feed and I was amazed at how clear the video was and there were no skips or interrupts in the feed. I thought the speed at social media level was so low that Facebook live feeds weren’t possible. She did her feed in the morning not real early but about 8am and it looked like she was up around lido pool area and decks 11 and maybe 12 walking around so maybe WiFi reception is strong around there
